Inspired by the unique and enchanting Bulgarian rose, we founded our family-owned company, Crafts and Roses, with a simple yet powerful vision: to share the beauty and essence of this cherished flower with the world.
What began as a modest project 15 years ago, intended to provide a supplemental source of income, has blossomed into a thriving business that now carries the intoxicating fragrance of “The Queen of Flowers” across the globe.
From humble beginnings, we have grown into a brand synonymous with quality, heritage, and the rich traditions of the Bulgarian rose.
Our Story
But our dreams didn’t stop there. In 2024, we took the next step in fulfilling our mission by bringing our vision to life with a physical space unlike any other—our flagship store, “One Bulgarian Rose.” Nestled in a serene corner of the city, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Vitoshka street, our shop is located on Parchevich Street 39.
This is not just a store; it is an experience, a journey, and a tribute to the rose in all its magnificent forms. During our Rose testings/ degustations we strive to create a premium experience that upholds the legacy of the Rose Valley, ensuring each product is used correctly & with care.
We are dedicated to sustainable practices, ensuring that our products are environmentally friendly and support the well-being of the regions where roses are cultivated.

About us
Owned by a famous Vermont baker, Denise Levine, our place is proud to be one of San Diego, California’s finest cake, and pastry bakeries.
Our cake bakery adds only the freshest ingredients to make our baked goods taste a fresh-out-of-oven like experience. An experience, that simply melts in your mouth.
For instance, when we bake our famous whipped cream cakes, we use only pure cream and the best brown sugar on the market. Also, we always buy the freshest fruits to make our pie fillings or our pastry menu items…
