Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the website https://onebulgarianrose.com, owned by Crafts and Roses Ltd., with UIC 203965481 and registered office address in Sofia, Mladost 2,bl. 206, entr.8, fl. 7. Please read the following General Terms and Conditions carefully before using our site. They govern its use by Crafts and Roses Ltd., with UIC and Us as owners of the Site.  If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site, otherwise you unequivocally agree to all terms and conditions herein.

  • DEFINITIONS
  • Within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions, the listed terms for the purpose of achieving clarity and brevity are used with the following meaning:
    1. Merchant – https://onebulgarianrose.com and all adjacent subdomains. 
    2. Service – each of the online tasting packages offered in the Merchant’s online store, described with its main characteristics, image and selling price; 
    3. “Booking” means the selected presentation package and all other attributes related to the method of payment for the Service by the client/user.
    4. Client/User – any person who has purchased or made a request to purchase goods from the Merchant’s online store;
    5. Virtual store with an e-mail address https://onebulgarianrose.com owned by the Merchant; 
    6. Prices – the amount indicated in a clear and understandable way under each of the packages The prices are indicated in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and include VAT.

On our website, we offer various services related to testing rose products. These services include:

    • Rose oil quality test.
    • Rose Oil Purity Test
    • Rose Oil Aroma Composition Test
    • Rose Oil Chemical Composition Test
    • Complex test (includes all of the above tests)
  • Other Services

 

  1. Order & Payment

To order a service, you need to fill out the online form on our website and provide the necessary contact and payment information. Payment is made only in cash before each tasting. After receiving the order, you will be reached out by email with details about the tasting and instructions for conducting the tasting. 

  • Rights and obligations of Users/Clients
  1. The User/Client has the opportunity to browse, order the announced services on the website https://onebulgarianrose.com
  2. The user is obliged to pay the price of his order according to the method announced on the page https://onebulgarianrose.com
  3. Users of the store are not entitled to:
    1. Copy, distribute or use texts, pictures, images or parts of the site without the express permission of https://onebulgarianrose.com 
    2. Use automated systems for downloading any information from https://onebulgarianrose.com
    3. Overload the system with fictitious requests or other information (flood).
    4. Not to violate and respect the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens and human rights, in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and recognized international acts;
    5. Not to damage the good name of other users;
    6. Upload, send, transmit, distribute or use in any way and not make available to third parties software, computer programs, files, applications or other materials containing computer viruses, unauthorized remote control systems (“Trojan horses”), computer codes, or materials designed to interrupt, hinder, disrupt or limit the normal functioning of the site.


  • Rights and obligations of the Merchant
  1. The Merchant does not have the obligation and the objective opportunity to control the way consumers use the services provided.
  2. The Merchant has the right, but not the obligation, to save materials and information located on the server https://onebulgarianrose.com
  3. The Merchant has the right at any time, without notifying the User/Client, when the latter uses the services in violation of these Terms and Conditions, as well as at the discretion of the Merchant to terminate, suspend or change the services provided in connection with the use of the site. The Merchant shall not be liable to the users and third parties for damages and lost profits incurred as a result of the termination,  the suspension, alteration or restriction of the Services, the deletion, modification, loss, unreliability, inaccuracy, or incompleteness of any messages, materials or information transmitted, used, recorded or made available through https://onebulgarianrose.com
  4. The Merchant shall not be liable for damages caused to the software, hardware or telecommunication facilities, or for loss of data resulting from materials or resources searched, loaded or used in any way through the services provided.
  5. The Merchant has the right to collect and use information relating to its Users/customers, regardless of whether they are registered.
  6. The information under the preceding article may be used by the Merchant, except in case of explicit disagreement of the User, sent to the email address specified in the “Contacts” section  of the https://onebulgarianrose.com. All purposes for which the Merchant will use the information are in accordance with the Bulgarian and applicable legislation of the European Union, applicable international acts and good morals.
  7. In case the client is late by more than 10 minutes for a scheduled meeting or service, the Merchant reserves the right to refuse to perform the service without prior notice.
    1. Refund Refusal: If the customer is more than 10 minutes late and the provider decides not to perform the service, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the amount already paid for this service.
    2. Warning: The customer will be informed of these conditions before confirming the booking or paying for the service. The Provider may provide additional information regarding the delay policy during the booking process.
    3. Exceptions: Exceptions to this clause may only be made with the express written consent of the provider.

 

  1. The Merchant shall not be liable for non-fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement in the event of circumstances that it has not foreseen and was not obliged to foresee – including cases of accidental events, problems in the global network of the Internet and in the provision of services beyond the control of the Merchant;


  • Personal data
  1. The Merchant guarantees to its Users/clients the confidentiality of the information and personal data provided. The latter will not be used, provided or brought to the attention of third parties outside the cases and under the conditions specified in these General Terms and Conditions. The Merchant protects the personal data of the user/client, which became known to him/her when filling in the electronic form for making a purchase application, and this obligation disappears in case the Client has provided false data. In compliance with the current legislation and the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions, the Merchant may use the Client’s personal data only for the purposes provided for in the contract. Any other purposes for which the data are used will be in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation as well as the applicable legislation of the European Union, and the applicable international acts, Internet ethics, the rules of morality and good morals.
  2. The Merchant undertakes not to disclose any personal data about the Client to third parties – state authorities, commercial companies, individuals and others, except in cases where he has received the explicit written consent of the Client, the information is requested by state authorities or officials who, according to the current legislation, are authorized to request and collect such information. According to the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, in order for an invoice to be issued, a personal identification number and/or a Tax Number, and/or UIC/BULSTAT of the company that is a Consumer will be required. 


  • Amendments

These General Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by the Merchant; The Merchant undertakes to notify the User of the changes in the General Terms and Conditions by publishing a notice of their amendments in a visible place on its website and giving sufficient time to familiarize himself with them. Within the given period, if the User does not declare that he rejects the changes, then he is considered bound by them.
